Community Pitch Story #13 – Women’s Circus

News

It’s always fantastic to hear the outcomes from our Community Pitch event. While it’s only been three months since the night, the Women’s Circus has been busy putting their donations to good use supporting students to participate in programs they would not usually be able to access. Betty from the Women’s Circus shared the following update –
“Through the generous support of local businesses at Community Pitch 2019, Women’s Circus was able to sponsor two community positions to our Circus Solidarity Club and secure the matched funding for our Circus for Life fundraising campaign. Since the Pitch Night, our Circus for Life program has delivered 12 workshops to community groups and schools who would not normally be able to access our programs due to financial barriers, supported 50 students and community members to participate in our life changing circus workshops and programs and purchased much needed new equipment to help deliver our community programs. Thank you!”
