Teaming up with our friends at Maribyrnong City Council, we today ran a 'Funding 101' session at Footscray Town Hall.

With free admission, networking opportunities and a diverse panel packed with funding expertise, the community excitement was palpable and the day a roaring success.

The western suburbs' appetite for impact-driving small businesses is clear, and it's our mission to power these community ideas.

Last week, the Local Impact team attended the annual Social Traders Convene. We were engrossed all through the day by an inspiring group of speakers as diverse as the communities they serve.

This year, we'll continue to help power community ideas as Melbourne's west keeps growing in size and social impact.
